Nice comfy apartment👍

Pros: It was more spacious than expected and the air conditioning was perfect, which was needed especially for the hot weather. The location was great aswell, being near a big train station. The staff was always responsive.

Cons: There are no elevators so being on the top floor is rather difficult.

Overall, it’s good for its price.

Pros: I like how convenient it was beside a convenience store and a 15-minute walk to Kamata station. I also like the washing machine as we had to change clothes multiple times due to the hot weather. The air conditioning helped us survive the summer.

Cons: The sewage stinks so badly and the filter for the shower room was full of hair causing a blockage. There’s no lift so us, being on the 4th floor with multiple luggage, had a hard time going down the narrow staircase.

Good price apartment, far from center but in a cute area

Pros: (+) Cute area, well equipped kitchen and a washing machine, the bedroom is quite spacious with big windows letting natural light in, bathroom also had a window. Large coat hanger and recycling facilities. Deluxe toilette kit provided (soap) (-) Bad smell coming from the bathroom/sewer, a bit far from city center, towels were tiny. Cleanliness was not top-notch (hair on the bathtub...)

満足！

Pros: ベットも広く寝心地が良かった。また、鉄骨造りなので堅牢で、木造アパートと違い、近隣の音がそう気にならなかった。冷蔵・冷凍庫もあり、室内干しができたりコスパが良かった。洗濯機に洗剤も用意されており、洗濯物は浴室乾燥ですぐ乾くので助かった。

Cons: エアコンを使っていましたが、乾燥がひどく、加湿器があると助かりました。また、チェックインがタブレットでエラーがあり、メールで写真を送るなど、手間がかかりましたので、解決できると助かります。

Bon séjour

Pros: L'emplacement central, facilité pour les magasins, quartier calme avec plusieurs petits temples à visiter. Quartiers animés et gare à 15 minutes de marche. Ou 5 minutes en bus avec arrêt juste devant les appartements. Appartements simples mais propres et bien optimisés. Tout le nécessaire en cuisine, grand placard pour les vêtements et machine à laver/sécher rapide et efficace.

Cons: Le froid dans la salle de bain mais nous y étions début mars. Le chauffage marche en soufflerie au dessus de la douche donc il faut le couper pour se laver et très vite il fait de nouveau froid, mais rien de très grave. L'appartement lui était très bien chauffé.
