Pros: Location is very good. Komagome station is very nearby. Neighborhood is also very nice with a lot of kombini and restaraunts within 5-10 minutes walk

Cons: The appartment is very basic and minimalistic. Mattresses were too soft for us, so in the end of the long stay it was not so easy to have a good rest at night. But maybe it's our personal preferences

Pros: The house is big compared to the standard in Tokyo and we loved the big bathroom. The location is also good because is in a quiet area and 4 minutes away from the tube station.

Cons: The beds are actually two mattresses put on top of each other and they are good but obviously super soft. There are a lot of stairs which could be a problem for a person with mobility issue/ stroller.

Good and comfortable stay

Pros: Check in using a tablet mounted on the wall at the entrance in the apartment block - it did not work when we arrived, but the host quickly provided the code by phone. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Location is close to subway station on the circular metro line, easy to access any other location in Tokyo. Location is quiet, residential area. There are 2 bedrooms (one with one bed, the other with 2 beds) which are very large and can accommodate comfortably up to 6 people. The are 2 bathrooms which are not heated (relevant for winter months); we needed a heater which was provided promptly by the host, the next day. Genkimaru restaurant is very close to the apartment, popular with locals and very good food.

Cons: Apartment D (or 401) is located at 4th floor, and there is no elevator. The stair from 3rd to 4th floor is spiral. It may be difficult for some people to access it with ease. Kitchen amenities and tools are very limited, but restaurants and cafes can be found nearby. There is no shortage for good places to eat in Tokyo.

Pros: Nous avons passé 1 semaine au Tora hotel, avec ma famille. Nous étions 5 et c etait parfait. Les chambres sont grandes, ainsi que la salle de bain. L emplacement est ideal, à 5 min de la JR line. Le quartier est très mignon avec des jolis maisons et des restaurants.

Excellent stay, exceeded our expectations, would definitely come back again. Incredible location!

Pros: My favorite thing about this property was the location! Very close to the Komagome station (~6 min walk) which is on the main Yamanote line, very very convenient, centrally located, and easy to navigate as a first time visitor to Tokyo. Also very close to many restaurants and grocery stores. Loved that the property had all the amenities we needed, full kitchen with a table + 4 chairs, 2 actual bedrooms, clothes washing machine, line to dry clothes (hot hot weather so they dry fast!), plus 2 showers (one was a shower/bath) so 2 people could shower at a time. It even has a small private patio with a small table and chairs, so multiple areas to unwind! We didn’t want to leave ^_^ The staff was also very helpful and kind.

Cons: This isn’t a con, yet it’s good to know it’s on the 4th floor and there’s no elevator. It’s a narrow stairwell, so could be challenging for someone elderly or someone with mobility limitations. It was fine for us, and we loved having all the space we had!
