Great stay

Pros: Very clean and comfortable stay, has everything you need and is in a really central location of shinjuku. Check in and check out super easy

Cons: Street noise slightly noisy at times but honestly not an issue and to be expected in shinjuku

Pros: This place was in the thick of it, and we loved it! The apartment itself was clean, and and cosy, but spacious enough for a family of 5 to move about in. The beds and bedding were really comfortable, and the hosts had thought of everything when it comes to toiletries, cooking utensils and basics, and towels etc It was so close to everything, and we made the most of our time in Shinjuku because of it. I almost don't want to leave a good review so that we can rebook next time we're in Tokyo

Cons: The only thing I would say is make sure you have Google maps ready to go. It makes finding the place so much faster when arriving with 3 hungry kids

Pros: Convenient. 15mins Walking distance to Shinjuku station. They have washing machine, hair dryer and free slippers to wear indoor.

Cons: Kabukicho is a red light district but this apartment is near the edge, so you can actually take big road path and avoid walking through Kabukicho if you are with kids like us. It is not a dangerous neighborhood, just that there will be smokers and some drunkards.

Spacious, immaculately clean and best location ever!

Pros: This property was very spacious, immaculately clean and had everything you needed for a great stay. We really loved the location, such a short walk to train station and to all the local attractions. We would stay here again without hesitation. Check in and out was easy. Good communication from the host. 711 and ATM located right down stairs and a lift to get to your apartment so no dragging heavy suitcases up stairs. The only thing that might not suit some people would be the noise from late night/early hour party goers in nearby Golden Gai. It didn’t bother us because I sleep with earplugs and my travel buddy can sleep through anything. So if you are a light sleeper pack ear plugs. This didn’t impact us at all!

we loved our stay - a great convenient base for our family

Pros: the accommodation was exactly as pictured and described - it reminded us of a lovely little dollhouse - it was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our family stay. location was very central / convenient for us - great to have convenience store downstairs and everything else a short walk, however it was very lively as you are in a nightlife area.

Cons: there was some noise and lots of sirens as you are in a busy area. it didn't bother us but did wake us some nights. the door/lock can be a little tricky to get in and out, but we got used to it!

A cute little place near the bars and izakayas

Pros: Very cosy little appartment with all the necessary equipment for a short term stay.

Cons: A bit loud, but this is due to the fact that the location is quite close to all the nightlife.

Pros: no breakfast was part of package . location wasexcellent

Cons: key collection was a problemwe had no password sent to us . If a whatsapp msg or email was sent in time for us to know the procedure it would have been better.your booking confirmation voucher gives no details of the building where the room was located . the taxi driver had a problem locating the building . we paid about 2000 yen extra locating the building and going round and round the place .

Value for money

Pros: We had a good stay, the host is very responsive and accommodative. We love how things arranged precisely. It’s nearby to metro and 7 eleven is down below the building. Super easy! We really loved the unit as it looks tiny doll house 🏠

Cons: It’s a party place so in night it was bit noisy but after 13 it was ok. Slight drawback but it’s ok. Oh the lock was but confusing but managed to open it later.

Pros: Easy to locate and enter the property. The location was pretty close to transit stations and within walking distance to many great shopping and eating places in Shinjuku (and very close to Golden Gai, if drinking is your thing). The room was small, but that should be expected in Shinjuku, and it was still easily able to accommodate 3 adults and a child.

Pros: Cosy, well appointed and the location was fantastic. Vibrant, interesting and convenient to shops and stations. 7-11 downstairs was a huge bonus. Thanks.

Cons: Nothing worth mentioning.
