Overall it was a very nice stay

Pros: 1. Facilities in the house complete 2. Easy access to JR station 3. Many convenient stores nearby 4. Host very nice and understanding

Cons: 1. Recommend max occupancy to put as 6 people 2. Better not to use the sofa as a bed so that more space in living room

Superbe appartement à Tokyo

Pros: Un appartement fonctionnel (tout équipé), très propre, situé à quelques minutes de la gare de Hirai. Janet s'est rendue disponible à chaque fois que nous en avions besoin. C'est une hôte de qualité. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement pour un séjour en famille à Tokyo. Merci encore !

Pros: 住宿位置很好找房东会提供详细的路线图房间很干净是我喜欢的布局风格离地铁站比较近走几分钟就到了二楼房间用了双层玻璃隔音还不错床很软躺着很舒服还贴心准备了小零食

Pros: In a very very good location, plenty to eat and plenty of stores nearby, the apartment itself is very comfortable. The train station nearby is fantastic and you can ride all the way to shinjuku on the same line, and it's typically only 1 transfer to anywhere else

Cons: The apartment is on the first floor so we did hear a little noise from people walking by, but the rooms themselves are on the second floor so we didn't hear much while trying to go to sleep

Well worth the money if you don’t want to stay in a tiny hotel room for your stay in Tokyo!

Pros: Spacious. No smell. Amenities like AC, washer and dryer. Location with cafes, restaurants, and easy access to public transport (Tokyo Station <30min). Very friendly host. Private feeling, no neighbor noise. Great instructions. Smart TV. Easy check in and out. Large bins. Large kitchen sink. Two bathroom sinks. Extremely comfortable beds and bed sheets. Very soft towels.

Cons: Fresh towels had a slight smell. Noise insulation towards the street wasn’t great, no problem for sleeping in the 2F though!

Pros: We liked to tranquil location, access to the train close by, great communication with the host and comfortable accommodation

Cons: It was a bit hard for the taxi to find the guest house using the address

This stay was so laid back and stress free. Just to say I couldn’t wait to get back home and out of all the crowds

Pros: Very clean! Comfy and location was perfect. 7 eleven very close by a grocery store and restaurants. And the best part the Hirai station! Mrs. Janet was very helpful and accommodating to our family . She even had snacks for my kids. Which made their stay even more exciting. This home has everything you need to serve your family.

Cons: There was only 1 thing.. and it was the stairs. only because I had 2 little ones under 5 yrs old. But not a really big deal
