Affordable, comfortable, clean and near the local train station. Experience local living.

Pros: Excellent location for us as it was near family, this is in a local suburb a few minutes walk to the Seibu train station which takes you into Shinjuku. 7-eleven at the corner, a Lawson around the corner and 2 supermarkets close by. It is jammed between a Karaoke bar and a Yakitori bar so when patrons leave it can be a little noisy (you hear people talking) but this did not disturb our sleep at all and it added to its charm!

Cons: Trying to work out the washer dryer was a challenge - got there in the end with the help of Google Translate. Didn't know what the unit by the front door was for.

Pros: Tienen buen tamaño en comparación en otros alojamientos en Tokio, queda a una cuadra de la locomoción, muy limpio, y cerca de lugares para comprar comida, al lado tienen un bar típico japonés excelente.

Cons: Nada.

Pros: 離都立家政車站很近，步行3分鐘即達。附近超商、超市、餐廳林立，很好生活。室內規劃設計優秀，環境乾淨舒適。提供的物品充足，設備新穎好用。

Cons: 一樓空間較狹小，樓梯太陡，不易搬運行李上樓。廁所只一間，不敷多人使用。隔音不佳，室外噪音干擾嚴重。床鋪偏軟。
