Good accomodation in Tokyo

Pros: It is a well-positioned, clean, modern apartment, close to the train in a quiet area. The check-in and check-out procedure is very easy. The space is decent for Tokyo and the communication with the host was good. The entrance is directly from the street and all the windows are opaque. The bedrooms do not have doors but blinds. The house is quite cold (it is not well insulated) but it gets warm with the help of the air conditioners. The living room would need a sofa and a hanger. Overall it is a good accommodation.

Cons: For a longer stay a washing machine would be good,

Pros: The hosts were super responsive, kind and helpful during our stay. The accomodation was also perfect for our group, located only a few minutes walk from the train station and there is a seven eleven and family mart even closer. It is located in a nice local area with plenty to offer and within a reasonable distance of the bigger city areas. And for those looking at longer stays and wondering, there is a laundromat within less than a minutes walk.

Position enables you to immerse into the local neighbourhood. Spacious, funky and comfortable.

Great stay

Pros: We had a nice stay as the apartment was very clean, spacious, in a good location and with aircon. Also the communication was quick.

A wonderful stay in a very convenient location!

Pros: Great location- very close to train station with lots of shops and places to eat nearby. Spacious bedrooms and a well resourced kitchen.

Cons: A comfortable seat downstairs (I.e.) couch or chairs would be great- there is only bar stools downstairs

Cons: lack of space to hang clothes/towels in the toilet/apartment in general. there were no hooks on any of the walls.

Excellent house, lovely location

Pros: Lovely house! Hosts were very helpful and quick to respond to any query. Very close to Nogata station which has good access to other parts of Tokyo.

Cons: No washing machine which would have been nice but otherwise absolutely no complaints!!

Wonderful!

Pros: Amazing hosts who are very responsive and accommodating. The flat is stunning and makes you feel like you’re in a trendy, cosy space. The area is really great as well with restaurants and access to the subway.

Pros: I like the location of this accommodation. There are plenty of food options and convenience stores. It’s not touristy and you get to enjoy the local hustle and bustle. I like the feature wall with the local map with all the local restaurants and events. The host had been wonderful and so helpful, and checked in with us every now and then. Overall, it had been an enjoyable stay.

Cons: It’s winter at the moment so the downstairs section of the house gets quite cold and takes a longer time to warm up. Other parts of the house are fine.

Lovely place, location and restaurants nearby.

Pros: The place was really clean and looked really nice. The location was spacious especially considering it was in a major city. Two stories and really effective use of space. Was close to a train station and was in a location with plenty of food options. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all the necessary implements. Checkin was extremely simple and does not require keys, just a code. This makes it easier if travelling with a group as you are not limited to one key.

Cons: The insulation was a little weak so the streets were a little noisy and the rooms were a bit cold. The beds were extremely warm though. Not a serious problem, and certainly wouldn’t be a problem in summer.
