Cozy apartment,lively neighborhood! Perfect for a long or short stay in Tokyo

Pros: Directly in Takadanobaba, Short Walk to the station, a lot of restaurants , bars, shops and everything you need (supermarket, conbini, drugstore) around the corner. The apartments neighborhood ist perfectly connected by train - everything (Shinjuku, Shibuya, Harajuku …) is reachable real fast. The appartment was cozy and quiet. It was equipped with all necessities! Check In-instructions and communication with the host were absolutely easy going and friendly. As a couple the space in the apartment was more than enough- for Japanese standards it was quiet large and comfortable to have a second room for our luggage and a small table/sofa to have a late night snack and drink ☺️

Cons: The only was that the instructions for the washing machine wasn’t clear enough. We used ist once and obviously not completely right because our clothes were drenched in water and we didn’t exactly know where to dry them. We tried to find a manual but unfortunately we couldn’t find any. Maybe a short description or labeling the buttons could help. But maybe it was just us 😅

Great place

Pros: Room was just like in the photos. Location was super and couldn't hope for better. There is a fast coin laundry near by and cheap supermarket. I could definitely come back.

Cons: The couch bed was a little short, but ok for a kid or a short person. Windows weren't soundproof so there was a some noise from outside, but we were so tired after the day that it didn't bother.

Cosy stay a short walk from the station with lots of food options nearby

Pros: Location is close to Shinjuku and Ikebokuro which are the connecting train terminals to the day-trips area that we were visiting. Property also located on the Yamanote line so its convenient for those who want to hang out around Shibuya and the area nearby. Lots of food options around even if you comes back late at night. A couple of restaurant closes at 10pm or later. Plus there are about 4/5 konbinis on the way back to the airbnb + a 24/7 supermarket along the main street. Host is active with our requests.

Cons: Property is a slight walk from the station. Would love if there is a small table in the bedroom or common area cause we had to use our luggages as surfaces to put our items - although, understand there is a space constraint given the amenities is quite well-provided. No lifts, but not a problem for us. But do take note if you are travelling with heavy luggages or elderly - we took some time slowly moving our luggages.

Enjoyed our 2 bedroom apartment, close to everything. Very clean and owner very helpful

Pros: Very clean and close to shops, food outlets, railway station about 10 minutes walk away. Sofa bed was hard to sleep on. Need chairs on the balcony. Need directions to go up the stairs to the first floor.

Amazing location, clean apartment!

Pros: This location is absolutely incredible. Host provided perfect step by step instructions to get to the apartment the day before arrival. It was very clean inside. I would stay again.

Cons: Difficile de se restaurer sans table , ni chaises...il ya pourtant le nécessaire pour cuisiner. Le canapé est un peu juste en terme de couchage. Nous n’avons pa su faire fonctionner la machine a laver

Perfecto y estrategico para moverse por Tokio

Pros: La ubicación me gusto mucho, esta cerca de la estación y con muchos establecimientos, incluido 24 horas. La recepción de la llave muy facil. Estuvimos muy cómodos ya que es un apartamento de dos habitaciones. Sin duda volvere.

Nice stay

Pros: The apartment is verry nice, clean and well equiped.

Cons: Sometimes you can hear the noise from outside scuters.
