Pros: Friendly staff and very cooperative with excellent communication, our room was spacious enough with everything we could need it was convenient and would definitely stay here again

A great way to experience Tokyo while staying with larger groups and small children

Pros: Loved that it was spacious and close to Oshiage station. The apartment is modern and comfortable. We especially loved the upstairs terrace with sauna and outdoor bath! The host was very accommodating and helped us out promptly with any requests! Would stay here again next time!

A haven in a quiet area just a short walk from Asakusa with a fabulous rooftop.

Pros: Lots of space which is a rarity in Tokyo. Lovely open living area and the sleeping cubes were comfy and fun. Roof top bath, sauna and incredible views of the Skytree were the cherry on top.

Cons: Kitchen could be better stocked.

Pros: A lovely, spacious apartment fit with everything you'd need. The rooftop was fantastic. A gorgeous neighbourhood and in walking distance of a 7/11. It was just perfect for us. Wish we got to stay longer!

Cons: The steps to the apartment were steep and not fully enclosed so I would not recommend this place for anyone with young children, anyone elderly or anyone living with mobility issues. There was also a large step to the bathroom which someone not able bodied may struggle with.

Exciting original space with comfy beds

Pros: Great and original Space with sauna on rooftop The hosts were fine but didn’t really meet them We didn’t get a chance to use the business downstairs It is fairly steep price wise but we were very comfortable and had the most amazing shower ever!

Cons: The steps are steep and narrow to access room We were helped on arrival to lift heavy suitcases there We had to carry down ourselves on departure as we left very early at 6:00am

Fantastic stay!

Pros: Perfect location and a stylish, comfortable apartment. The rooftop sauna and bath were highlights—especially at night with the Skytree view. The hosts were wonderful and even recommended a great local ramen spot. Highly recommended!

Cons: No complaints whatsoever. We had a wonderful time at this property and will definitely stay there again in the future should we need a place of this size in Tokyo.

It was a wonderful and value stay, suit a family with teenagers or children.

Pros: The location was excellent, with the 7 Eleven a few metres from the hotel makes it very convenient. The Tokyo Skytree Oshiage station is a short walk, which we use it daily to get to the train and it's had food court and good shopping there as well. The bed compartment was very comfortable and private.

Cons: The side curtain next to the stair was very thin, which mean when people coming up the stairs in the middle of the night, the light will shine into two of the bed compartment and will wake you up. Also not sure if the wall was thin or the other guest was too noisy, but we also get woken up by loud footsteps on the stairs and from the upper floor.

Pros: Really comfortable and great hosts. Kids loved the bed capsules!

Better then expected!

Pros: Great loft with funny bed(rooms) wich were especially appreciated by our kids. For me the rooftop terras made our stay perfect > nice, quite, private and great view and bathtub..

Perfect for our family of 6

Pros: We loved the location with views of Skytree and only a 5 minute walk from the metro station, accessing other major parts of the city were made easy. With 4 kids under 10 this was by far the best accommodation for our family in Japan. Would highly recommend for groups of families.

Cons: There was nothing to not like. We thought the accommodation was really excellent.
