Great location and value

Pros: Convenient location, there is a 7-11 right across the road and just a short walk to Skytree.

Cons: No lifts (and I was given a room on top floor and had to carry multiple large luggages up 5 levels of tight narrow stairs...) The floor could be a bit cleaner.

Pros: We really liked the location—it was incredibly convenient and just a short walk from the station. Having a 7-Eleven nearby was also a big plus, especially for quick snacks and essentials. The hotel is close to Tokyo Skytree as well, which made sightseeing very easy. The room itself was pleasant and clean, and surprisingly spacious compared to other hotels we’ve stayed at in Japan. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.

Cons: That there was no elevator. But we are aware that that is japanese regulation so it is okay.

Great place to stay in Tokyo away from the crowds

Pros: Close proximity to shops and train stations. Great communication and recommendations from staff. Very thoughtful - they even provided an umbrella for us to use on a rainy day.

Cons: Nothing.

Amazing location, could have been more clean.

Pros: The location is amazing. Would definitely recommend anyone going to Tokyo to stay in this area. The apartment was only 5 mins walk from the station and there is a large supermarket (LIFE) next to it. There is also a 711 right opposite the place. There was a view of the sky tree out of our window.

Cons: The apartment was not that clean. We stayed in many across the country and this was by far the least clean one. There was crumbs and hair around the apartment when we arrived and there was a large stain on the couch too. There also is no lift so you have to carry the suitcases. Especially hard after buying so much in Tokyo :’)

Perfect Tokyo accommodation with a lovely host, 100/10 recommend, would stay again

Pros: I loved the location, you can easily access both airports through Asakusa line, Skytree is 10 minutes away on foot and there are tons of shops and restaurants there. The apartment is very clean and cozy, with an idyllic view featuring Skytree in the distance. Konbini is places right across the street as well. The highlight is would be the lovely host, who checked on me regularly and sent tips and recommendations almost every day. This booking exceeded my expectations.

Cons: Unfortunately the building doesn’t have an elevator and the staircase is narrow, so it can be a little difficult to climb the stairs with huge luggage, but I was able to go up and down with two regular suitcases just fine

Pros: Situated right next to the skytree giving a great view from the room itself, the room was clean and well maintained

Cons: Some kind of english stickers on the appliances like washing machine and bathroom dryer would have been great.

VALUE FOR MONEY

Pros: The place was nice a near 7 eleven, easy for us to buy food

Very good place to stay…

Pros: The cleanliness / nearness to convenience store and train station.

Cons: There is no elevator.. difficult for us to carry our luggages.

Pros: The location is very convenient and just few minutes away from the Oshiage station(Skytree). There is also a convenient store right in front of the property.

Cons: I think the host can provide more articles for daily use since we have 3 people but there is only 2 tooth brushes and one toilet paper. The bathroom strainer did not clean very well and the water stuck when we were bathing. The remote of the TV is not working at all.

It was exactly the place I was looking for.

Pros: The location is perfect, just minute-walk to the SkyTree and Oshiage Station. 7-11 is just across the road. It’s clean and check in/out was smooth.

Cons: I can’t say anything bad really. For the price of it, that already exceeds my expectations.
