Pros: We really loved our stay! The location is about 6 stops from Tokyo Station, just far enough from the city center to get more space without sacrificing convenience. For the same price as a tiny hotel room downtown, we got a spacious and comfortable stay with a large bed, a projector with Netflix and Disney+, a dining table, a small kitchen, a washing machine, and even a bathtub. It’s right in front of a lovely park with a sandbox, slide, and swings, perfect for our toddler. There are also several konbinis nearby, which made everything super convenient. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here, especially the cozy lighting. Great place for families!

Cons: The only downside for us was that the room is on the 4th floor with no elevator, which can be a bit of a hassle with a toddler and luggage.

Pros: 今回は、子供のテストのために地方から家族で来ました。駅から近いしベッドが広く良かったです。テーブルも勉強しやすかったです。スーパーも近いし利便性も良いです。

Cons: Netflixは良かったですが、プロジェクターではなく、テレビが あると良かったです。
