Convenient and great value for money.

Pros: Clean, easy to check in and good location close to a station. Many restaurants and shops nearby. The staff was very helpful and responsive and nice.

Cons: The room provided was kinda too small for three people and it was difficult finding it on google maps, however the staff was very helpful and provided instructions to find it. So overall a convienient and great stay.

Amazing stay in Tokyo, close to station, shops and most of all space and comfort.

Pros: The space is way bigger than usual apartments in Tokyo. The staff are amazing. They provided great hospitality providing extra hangers and dishwashing liquid. Prompt, reliable. They look after our comfort well! Thank you.

Cons: The stairs as we have to carry our luggage. But this is a one off during arrival and departure. The staff can not alter this due to building design.

Pros: Everything, interior, tv, laundry, that it was on top floor with view. We also used the locks on our bags outside the room while waiting for checkin, which we appreciated a lot.

快適！！

Pros: とても綺麗で5人で宿泊しても狭く感じませんでした。窓からは首都高が見え、7分くらい歩くと駅がありそこにお店が沢山あって夕飯にも困りませんでした。ひと言で快適！又宿泊したいなと思いました。楽しい旅になりありがとうございました。

Cons: 特にありませんが、外見がこれ？ここ？？って感じくらいと周りには何にも無いってぐらいです。でもそんな事は全然気にならないです

Top choice for sure.

Pros: The location is great. Easy access for mobility throughout Tokyo and close to many essential places and points of interest. Place was well maintained, private, comfortable, and kitchen and washing machine are also a nice addition. There are also plenty of places to eat, convenience stores, and even a 24hr laundry within walking distance. Highly recommend for your stay in tokyo. The room is also very spacious. Just please respect the place and owner, so it stays like that for us all.

Cons: Street might be a bit noisy sometimes but did not bother me or my family at all. This place is also not easily accessible for persons with mobility issues. It was also not our case (we stayed on the second floor), but keep in mind, and verify just in case..

Pros: Had a wonderful stay at this new property. The room was spotless, and the bathroom and facilities were modern and well-maintained! Everything was thoughtfully prepared, which made the stay very comfortable. I would be happy to return on my next visit!

Pros: 友人と１泊しましたが、本当に快適でした！清掃が行き届いていて、お部屋に入った瞬間から気持ちが良かったです。暗証番号で入退館できるので、鍵を持ち歩く必要がなく、自由に出入りできてとても便利でした。夜は近くの居酒屋で飲んでから帰りましたが、立地が良いので遅い時間でも安心でした。リビングでみんなでゆったり話せるスペースもあり、旅の思い出が一段と楽しくなりました。

Pros: お部屋は清潔感があり、とても静かで快適。必要な設備がすべて揃っており、長期滞在でも安心して過ごせます。チェックインはスムーズで、ドアコードで入室できるためとても便利でした。立地も抜群で、駅や周辺のお店にアクセスしやすく、東京観光の拠点に最適です。スタッフの対応も丁寧で、質問への返答が早く安心感がありました。
