Pros: Great value for money. The apartment is right next to a Lawson, and not too far from Ikebukuro station.

Cons: There was a bit of narrow stairs to the apartment, so travelling with big suitcases was inconvenient. The apartment is a fair walk away from East Ikebukuro.
