Great bang for your buck!

Pros: It had everything we needed for our 4 nights stay. The apartment was conveniently located across a Lawson and some supermarkets. The walk to Ikebukuro station was doable, took us 10 minutes. There were amenities such as wash machine, hair dryer, towels and utensils. I really liked the extra large balcony. Self check-in is quick and easy, no fuss. The janitor of the building was really friendly and helped us recycle our trash. Anna was very helpful too and let us store our luggage up till 1PM next day which was very nice too. Definitely would recommend this especially for the price!

Cons: It’s quite small, so I don’t recommend for tall people.

Clean, convenient,

Pros: The room was very clean and well-maintained. The building has an elevator, which made it easy to bring up our luggage. The kitchen, bathroom, and laundry area were all fully equipped with everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, though a bit creaky at times. The location is excellent—just a short walk from 池袋 (Ikebukuro) Station. There’s also a convenience store and a supermarket right across the street. Overall, a pleasant and convenient stay!

Sehr gute Lage und einfach ausgestattet

Pros: Das Appartment ist in einer oberen Etage im Haus gelegen und sehr ruhig. Preis-Leistung ist top. Besonders als Alleinreisender zu empfehlen. Küche ist einfach ausgestattet, Waschmaschine ist sehr zu empfehlen und Wäsche kann auf dem Balkon getrocknet werden. Kurzer Weg nach Ikebukoro Station. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Host.
