Modern, clean and tidy convenient apartment in the heart of Koenji prefecture.

Pros: Modern and spacious apartment with two bathrooms. The location so close to a key railway station is great and the house is very soundproofed so you do not notice the trains passing at all.

Cons: We would have liked some western style cutlery knives for eating with, a plastic bowl to use when hand washing dishes and a drying rack to put them on and bedside table lamps so you don’t have to get out of bed to turn the light off at night. The bathroom towels were quite small but we are tall people, so that might not matter to others.

Pros: Really great value for money. Complete amenities and items for cooking, eating, and the appliances for washing and drying clothes. There is also drinking water mode for the faucet which is a great plus. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are ample. The heater is also a great touch for the house during our trip to keep us warm. Slippers were also available. And, the host was generally nice in coordinating with us overall - easy check in and check out too!

Cons: Nothing. Everything was awesome.

Pros: Ev çok temiz ve konforluydu, özellikle yataklar çok rahat, mutfak eşyaları eksiksiz, ısınma çok iyiydi. Çamaşır ve kurutma makinesi çok büyük avantaj. Koenji durağına 2-3 dakika

Pros: 역이랑 편의점도 숙소에서 가깝고 여러 공간이 많고 방 자체도 넓어서 다같이 와도 좋은 숙소 같아요. ^-^

Cons: 방은 히터를 틀어놓으면 따뜻한데 히터가 없는복도는 아무래도 바닥이 차가웠던 점이 아쉬웠어요.

Pros: 可以自助check in，事前詢問業主相關問題皆有獲得答覆。 家庭式獨棟，總共五層樓(含地下一樓)，包括兩間衛浴(一間有浴缸)、廚房(附餐具)、客廳(智慧型電視)、洗衣房(洗衣機+烘衣機分開)，有Wifi、大小毛巾及拖鞋可以使用。 離最近的高圓寺站僅步行三分鐘，不用換乘可抵達新宿、東京。 附近有純情商店街(各式小吃店、居酒屋)、連鎖餐飲店(麥當勞、肯德基、松屋、彌生軒...)、比超商還便宜的超市(Tokyu Store)，若想在外面洗衣烘衣也有投幣洗衣店。 和朋友包棟8晚快當成自己家住了XD，大推！

Casa e posizione fantastiche

Pros: Spazi ampi, camere accoglienti e pulitissime, i due bagni molto puliti e spaziosi per tutte le esigenze. Utilissime la lavatrice e l'asciugatrice a primo piano. Una casa fantastica per chi sceglie di passare dei giorni a tokyo, il punto di forza è sicuramente la stazione di Koenji a letteralmente 3 minuti a piedi, ed un centro di consegna bagagli yamato a soli 7 minuti a piedi, comodissimo per inviare e ricevere i propri bagagli se intenzionati a soggiornare in prefetture distanti. Sicuramente sarà la nostra prima scelta per le prossime visite a tokyo.

Cons: Unica pecca l'assenza di appendi abiti o armadi nel seminterrato, e nella mansarda ad ultimo piano. Per il resto la casa ha tutto ciò di cui c'è busogno.

Excellent stay in a great location!

Pros: This location was excellent! Two minutes from Koenji station as well as several conbini restaurants. Only a few stops away from Shinjuku, which also was very convenient. The area is completely safe and not too noisy. The beds were comfortable and clean.

Cons: This home has three floors, so it is unsuitable for those who may be uncomfortably climbing up and down stairs daily.

Un appartamento moderno nel quartiere giovane e hipster di Koenji

Pros: Casa pulitissima, spaziosa, luminosa e accogliente. Lenzuola e asciugamani forniti puliti, cucina attrezzata. Davvero un ottimo alloggio con 4 letti matrimoniali e 2 bagni! La zona poi bellissima lontano dal logorio di zone rumorose e turistiche, ma cmq ottimamente servita da negozi e bar e ristoranti cool.

Cons: Le scale non erano segnalate, mancava caffè o the per la colazione.
