Pros: nice to have a little more space. place looked good and was easy to find. nice place to have a bit more local experience and be a little bit out of the crowded places. nice area to go out to little local bars. good food places around the corner.

Cons: nothing all was good.

Clean and cosy

Pros: This place was nice and compact, and just a ten minute walk to the area with all the restaurants and shops, and has a convenience store just around the corner. The bed was comfortable too. The host was friendly and responsive too.

Cons: It might be a little tight for 2 people, but if you're used to the size of places in Tokyo it won't be a surprise.

It was comfortable. We slept well and were able to reset and start the next day refreshed.

Pros: The location was perfect! It was 10 minutes from the station and 15 minutes from a friend who lives in Koenji.

Cons: It was a little small but bigger than anything I saw on booking.com in the Koenji area.

Lovely little clean space; perfect area and distance from central Tokyo, and a wonderful introduction to Kōenji.

Pros: Lovely little clean space; perfect area and distance from central Tokyo. Very well equipped with almost everything required. Very comfortable, with a polite and gracious host who fixed our washing machine issue in a timely manner. If you’re only staying a few nights, this is the perfect place, in a wonderful location serving as the perfect introduction to charming Kōenji.

Cons: No dryer and we had some trouble with the washing machine. There was an array of different cleaning products — including hairspray — but no washing powder. Otherwise, no issues at all!
