Great location, lots of room, easy access.

Pros: The location was fantastic! Close to train station and many restaurants, mini marts and shops. Lots of room in the kitchen area which was great for 6 people to sit and chat and easily accommodated all our luggage. Better than most hotels. Very easy check in and check out.

Cons: The bedrooms I thought were supposed to fit 6 people but the beds were too small so we had to use the fold out couch which wasn’t very comfortable.

Good stay near Akhibara

Pros: The rooms were decent. Nothing fancy but decently spacious with drying space for clothes. Easy to use kitchen and washing machine. Not noisy and air conditioning worked well. Akhibara station at 650m is an important station so connectivity is good.

Cons: Check in was extremly painful. We found the building but the name Nestay couldn't be seen anywhere which confused us. We reached the host through booking.com but they seem confused and unable to help. They culdn't tell us the room number or how to find the keys. Took us amazing 45 min and the help of locals to communicate on phone with the hosts.

Good stay in Akihabara

Pros: Amazing location with Family Mart across the road Easy check in. Larger than most apartments in Tokyo, nice and comfortable beds to sleep in. Very close to Akihabara Station and restaurants. Spacious kitchen, nice clean bathroom and toilet. Thoroughly enjoyed this stay after a few weeks in standard sized rooms. Bit of confusion around late check out but host was very friendly and responsive

Cons: Nothing, loved this place

Buona posizione.

Pros: Buonissima la posizione. A pochi minuti dalla metro di Akiabara...da dove si può raggiungere qualsiasi quartiere si Tokyo. Appartamento ordinato e con tutti i confort Nelle vicinanze un supermercato grande.

Cons: Migliorerei la.lavatrice.

Awesome 2 bedroom apartment 15 min from Shibuya by UBER

Pros: The apartment faces the street. The Uber driver was so polite and helped us find the entrance.

Cons: There is no remote control for one of the bedrooms' Air conditioners. Although the living room air conditioner cooled the room pretty well, we could not close the door for privacy. Had we stayed there longer, that would have been an enormous problem. The location is in Akihabara, so my son was super happy. There's a convenience store across the street and a Ramen house as well—about 25 minutes away from Haneda International Airport and 15 minutes to Shibuya.

Pros: The location was within walking distance of 2 major stations but felt like a quiet retreat from the overall noise. Our interactions with the staff were wonderful. They were always very helpful.

Cons: Nothing really to mention that we didn't like. I think this was a great solution for our housing needs.
