Shibuya WAVE 301

Pros: Great location. Walking distance to the Shibuya crossing. Room is spacious for 2 people, space to sit which is great. Washing machine is very helpful.

Cons: Fan doesn’t work well in the bathroom which I think has caused some mould to grow.

In my opinion, best choice for staying in Shibuya!

Pros: The apartment was equipped with every comfort and everything you could possibly need; the location is simply fantastic, on a quiet street just steps from Shibuya Station. The owner was extremely kind and ready to respond to all our requests with extreme speed and professionalism. For this I thank him publicly. Highly recommended!

Pros: Based on my experience, I'd rate Shibuya Wave 4/5 (8/10). I stayed in room #301, and I liked several things. The location is outstanding. According to Tokyo standards, the room was clean, well-equipped, and moderately sized. All instructions and communication were clear from the owner. The pin-code system for the building and room door was convenient since there was no physical key to lose. The bed was comfortable, and most items in the room worked. Note that the owner will send detailed instructions (including pictures) to help you find and enter the room. Use these! I encountered a family outside the building who said they couldn't enter their room. As soon as I told them to get their door code from the instructions, their issue was solved. I recommend this property, especially if you wish to stay in/near Shibuya. I'll certainly return.

Cons: There were two minor issues. The wifi router was faulty and had to be replaced. Also, someone entered my room while I was out to replace the router without asking permission first. While I appreciate that the router replacement was swift (within 24 hours), I would have preferred that the owner ask permission first, since my open suitcase had a lot of cash inside.

Strongly recommend the stay!

Pros: 1. Very near to main attraction points and stations. (Shibuya Sky, Sakura-zaka hill, Shibuya crossing, Metro lines) 2. Super easy check-in check-out procedure, just need to follow instruction 3. Clean and super quiet environment. 4. Washing machine! just that we have bad luck that the weather at tokyo wasnt nice to hang our clothes. 5. The best part: the owner is really honest, he helps us a lot when we lost the cash in the stay (even it is stated that the responsibility shall be borned by customer). Really 11/10 star there!!!

Cons: 1. Quiet means really quiet there. Strongly suggest not to drag the luggage. Lets respect the old folks who stay there as tourist. 2. Dryer is not there, maybe it is better to have dryer over there. - but overall the facilities is pretty good.
