If you want to stay in Shibuya, this is an excellent spot!

Pros: Very good location, very helpful host and cosy set up

Cons: It is very small so for a family of four it is a bit crammed

A thoughtful host with an impressively well-equipped home — truly enjoyed our stay.

Pros: Juni really puts her heart into this home and she’s incredibly generous too. She provides Aesop shampoo, conditioner and shower gel (!!), plus a Dyson hair dryer, Dyson vacuum and even a humidifier. She also left us Pokémon cards and snacks, which was such a cute touch. And she even provided multiple fresh towels so you can change without needing to wash immediately. On top of that, she provides toothbrushes, toothpaste (which many Airbnbs don’t), and her cabinets are stocked with deodorant, hair spray, cables, first aid kits. Like seriously, who does that? She even has a wireless MagSafe iPhone + Apple Watch charger. Host of the year. She kindly offered us free early check-in. I’m usually skeptical about 2-in-1 washer-dryers, but hers was great. Washed and dried perfectly in about 3.5 hours. Tip for arrivals: call a taxi if you can, otherwise be prepared to push luggage up a slope, good workout though 😆

Cons: My only minor gripe is that the bed and pillows were a little too soft for my preference. Space-wise, we were 3 pax with 3 large and 1 small luggage, and had to shift things around to make it work. I really can’t imagine fitting 5 comfortably haha. The toilet and shower are separate, but the toilet space is quite small, if you’re on the bigger side, it might feel a bit tight 😂

A restful place, convenient to the train station, with an amazing host.

Pros: Great locations. It was a beautiful and well equipped apartment. Every possible need we had was anticipated, towels galore, toothpaste, brushes, all the necessary accoutrements and then some. The host was communicative, the neighborhood was quiet and right next to shibuya scramble. I would live here in a heartbeat.
