Great value for money given the location, space, and cleanliness.

Pros: Excellent location near Oshiage Station and Tokyo Skytree makes it very convenient, especially for first-time visitors. Self-check-in was smooth with clear instructions, and communication was responsive and helpful throughout the stay. The unit was very clean and well-maintained. We are a family of 8 (6 adults and 2 kids), and the space was comfortable and practical as a base in Tokyo. Highly recommended—would definitely stay again!

Cons: There was no heater the the bathroom/laundry room on 1st floor.. super cold during winter..

A true home away from home

Pros: Location, private self contained unit with no immediate neighbour, quiet street but minutes away from large mall and tourist attraction. Mini stop, 7-11, family mart nearby too.

Cons: A bit cold on ground floor but got a heater for final night of our 7nights there.

地點環境真的很棒

Pros: 離晴空塔真的很近在這裡住六天有三天晚上都去逛🤣 離車站就稍微遠一點點附近很安靜但走出去大馬路就很熱鬧離便利商店還有吃的很近叫車很方便廁所有兩間在二、三樓真的很日本在地的房子房間很乾淨廚房設備很齊全下午一點過後還可以先寄行李 host 很有禮貌～

Cons: 衛浴在一樓比較不方便（但好像也無法改變）比較困擾的是房間沒有小桌子可以化妝也沒有大鏡子可以照樓梯很窄搬行李箱有點不方便洗衣機跟烘衣機的容量很小烘衣機有點烘不乾衣服三樓的四人房 28吋行李箱打不開

Pros: 距離押上車站很近就在晴空塔隔壁而已不用出門就看得到性價比極高東西乾淨整潔，電器操作簡單提供2間房間、1間和室、1個廚房、2間廁所及1個浴室備有洗衣機跟烘衣機另外沐浴乳很香、很好洗

Cons: 樓梯偏窄、一樓沒有房間，如果有帶老人的話要注意能不能安全的爬樓梯隔音稍微不好，可是周遭環境安靜如果都不介意的話，是個很棒的選擇

If you would like a very good value for your money, this is the place to stay.

Pros: The house is very spacious, very clean and very comfortable. Looks new and renovate. Great location a few steps from the Tokyo sky tree, and a huge shopping mall with a lot of food options.
