Pros: It’s an amazing alternative to the madness city vibe that Tokyo can offer. The area as everything you can get and the location is so quiet. Truly amazing thank you so much

Pros: Great location in Nakano. Being able to leave our luggage before check in was really useful. A decent sized room with everything we needed.

Simple check-in and simple but comfortable accommodation

Pros: Very happy with the accommodation. A very easy entrance pin arrangement was sent in advance and I walked in to find a very clean room. However, it was a different room to the pictures online not having the vaulted ceiling I was expecting from the photos. Very clean and comfortable two nights stay. There’s an infant school next door so expect crying kids around about 8 am but as it’s in a residential area of Tokyo it felt quite cool to be there and experience the day-to-day life of mums and dad’s walking their kids to school.

Pros: This was a good apartment even if we had a little bit struggles with few things at the last days there. But we liked it. We liked that it was a small one and it was near the trainstation (about 15 min) and that it was a quite place.

Cons: That the kitchen cabinet nearly fell on my friend. We just had few things in it that it wouldn't be too heavy. But anyway, so we managed to bring it up with an table. We got pretty shocked and had some panics.

Great cozy studio in a very nice neighborhood in Tokyo.

Pros: Everything was very tidy and clean, we really enjoyed the comfort of the bed. The shower was very warm, the neighborhood is very calm and the apartment was very cozy.

Cons: Nothing, everything was great.

Cozy and convenient apartment, close to public transport and shops.

Pros: Good location, close to Nakano station. Good value for money. Good facilities.

Cons: Difficult to find. Taxi drivers also found it very difficult to find. We were originally taken to the wrong location. I had to contact the owner for more precise map directions.

A great Tokyo apartment

Pros: A very neat and comfortable in a quite and convenient location. The beds where comfortable. The loft bed may be awkward for some, but it suited us perfectly. An easy walk to Nakano Broadway.

Amazing quiet neighbourhood apartment

Pros: Amazing place to stay in a quiet neighbourhood just outside of Tokyo. Since we have been to Japan and Tokyo before, we decided not to stay in the center and this was the best choice. There was a beautiful little Day of the Elders festival happening the weekend we were there and it felt like being part of the community. The place was small, as is to be expected in Tokyo but it still had a full wet room with bath, a separate (European ;( ) toilet and a washing machine. I would definitely stay here again when we come to Tokyo again.

Cons: We hit our toes quite a few times on the ladder that leads up to the loft bed :( it might be a good idea to add some fest or other types of covers to the bottom of those legs to save peoples toes!
