Great apartment - I would definitely recommend staying.

Pros: Well-appointed apartment with comfy beds, kitchen supplies and a washing machine.

Cosy, comfy, but needs blackout curtains

Pros: Great location, easy airport access, perfect for experiencing the slightly different flavor of Japan that is Koiwa. Coming from Narita, you can take the main line Keisei train to Yawata station for easier access to the Sobu line, just a couple stops and you're in Koiwa and walking distance to the APT. You're looking for a smaller alley road next to the funny intersection when you're there. A taxi from the Keisei Koiwa station is less than ¥1000. The bed was super comfortable. Best for solo travellers or couples who can share a smaller space.

Cons: There is one issue that I hope the host solves before your stay, the room desperately needs blackout curtains since there is an illuminated sign just in front of the window outside. Also, make sure you venalate well during and after cooking to avoid CO/2 issues. Image taken around 3am.

Great stay before the flight home.

Pros: Good place to stay especially before your return flight in Narita. you can shopping for almost everything before you went back. theres donki nearby, shopping mall at the station and you could go to Narita airport directly from Koiwa station. on the way to the airport, dont forget to stop at Funabashi station for more option of shopping.

Cons: There was no cloth iron, the place could get a bit noisy with footsteps and people talking.
