Pros: - Very accessible - 5 mins to bus station, 5 mins to train station - JR and Yamanote lines, 5 mins to shapo mall, very near to 7eleven, Lawson, supermarkets, DAISO, DON QUIJOTE (24HRS) is just 1 corner away, excellent place for local foods - tonkatsu, ramen, sushi, grilled, yakiniku and a lot more you will go crazy just roaming around the areas. - place is big, clean, and very convenient for a family - the owner is very polite and accommodating - bus station going to narita or haneda is just 5 mins away. - highly recommend place 10/10

Comfortable and nice stay

Pros: Super convenient location near Koiwa Station!” Very near to Koiwa Station — just about 1 minute walk! There’s a Don Quijote, many convenience stores, and lots of restaurants nearby. There’s also a direct bus from the station to Disneyland and DisneySea, and another direct bus to both Haneda and Narita airports. Very convenient especially for those traveling with big luggage and who don’t want to transfer trains. Perfect location. Very clean and spacious home perfect for a family.
