Big apartment close to Gokokuji temple.

Pros: Very big flat including dining area, comfortable, clean. Next to Gokokuji temple.

Cons: Windows are facing bussy road, it's quite noisy. The communication with owner was a bit difficult - I asked for early check in (coming from the airport), no answer, so we ended up there in the morning with all suitcaces and flat was ready in the afternoon.

Great position / location for a base for families staying in Tokyo

Pros: Great location near trains and 7 eleven. Comfortable beds . Good communication with host. Great washing machine with dryer function

Cons: Can get a bit noisy from traffic, but we get use to this

Kind host

Pros: Place is clean and comfortable. The best is the host, Kota. He’s very kind to let us check in early and check out lil bit late because of our flights were delayed.

Excellent accommodtion outside the city centre. Value for money!

Pros: Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und zentral gelegen. Der Gastgeber hat sehr schnell auf Nachfragen geantwortet.

Pros: 下次還會想再來住 離池袋安利美特走路10分鐘左右就會抵達 住宿處步行5分鐘也有東池袋站可以搭乘 房間很大，環境整潔，房內配備應有盡有(小至轉接頭 延長線 大至吸塵器 洗衣機都有~) 唯一美中不足就是床墊無敵軟，睡起來會腰痠背痛! (不過喜歡睡軟床墊的就會很喜歡) 在住宿前幾天住宿方也會主動告知要如何辦入住，如何領取鑰匙，都非常詳細 住宿處也有提供WIFI 基本上CP值無敵高! 不過怕吵的人可能還是要考慮一下(我與我家人就比較不在乎這點) 因為住宿處外面是大馬路 晚上的時候總會有類似飆車的聲音出現 介意的人就要繞道 與我一樣不介意的人 這間絕對首選! 還有介意隔壁是墓園的也請繞道 我個人也不介意 周邊是寧靜住宅區，個人覺得也沒有陰森感 不要想太多，住6天什麼都沒有，很開心快樂 總之大力推荐!!

A fabulous AB&B location well situated in a convenient part of Tokyo that services all your needs.

Pros: We loved everything about this property. it had all the amenities that we needed and was in a fantastic location for us to adventure around Japan each day. The owner even let us keep our luggage on site when we had a later than expected flight leaving. Amazing first time in Japan would definitely book this spot again next year if I go back!

Cons: nothing it was up to all expectations
