Good location for group travel

Pros: It’s big and spacious, close to 3 train stations, serving 3 different lines

Cons: Cleanliness is not there. 1) aircon was dirty. We saw black specks of dust (?) being blown out of the blower. 2) microwave was dirty. The inside of the microwave has some dark and sticky substance that smell bad. 3) scum at the side of bathtub has not been cleared.

Will definitely stay there again on our next trip to Tokyo , great apartment, great location!

Pros: Great location, very friendly and helpful host. This is one of the biggest apartment you will find in Tokyo. It was nice to have the extra space for sure. 10-15 minutes walk of 3 train stations so you can pretty much get anywhere in Tokyo very easily. tons of restaurants and stores within a few minutes walk and a lot of tourist attractions as well. Honestly a great place to use for any Tokyo trip. Bonus was the washer and dryer, very convenient.

Cons: If I want to be picky, it is a little noisy, the windows are not the best so you can hear some street noises, but you are in a big busy city so it is expected to a point.
