The accommodation was fantastic but I found the area not as nice as some of our other stays.

Pros: Location was good, but would probable stay closer to other areas , with more tourist facilities for example shopping .

Cons: The area was not as clean as other Japan regions.

Fabulous place to stay in a vibrant part of Shinjuku

Pros: It was a great location and gave for of us a room each. The stairs are very steep but you get used to this quickly (consider taking a small bag up to the top floor). We loved the area, stimulating and vibrant with delicious Korean and Japanese food but not as overwhelming as the man part of Shinjuku. Ideal for a family or group of friends. Keep in mind though that there is just the one bathroom (2 toilets). We managed fine for 4 of us. The beds were comfy and the tatami were in good condition. The staff were very responsive to requests for information and answered quickly which was much appreciated. A great stay thanks.

Pros: チェックインしたら各部屋冷房をつけていて下さり、サイコーでした。 アメニティやタオル、皿なども全てありほんとうに快適に過ごすことができました。チェックイン前に質問をしてもすぐに返して下さり助かりました。居心地よくてまたみんなで泊まる時利用したいと思いました。ありがとうございました。

Cons: 2階トイレの鍵がかかりませんでした。あと、三階階段の電気が切れていました。あと、個室の布団に枕がなかったです。

Great value and location. Spacious and cozy.

Pros: Good location. Easy to access when first arriving due to door code.

Cons: Only one shower.
