Will stay back the same hotel if travel to Tokyo again

Pros: Very near to Osaka Station, a lot of restaurant nearby. Definitely will go back again.

Great place with great location, good for 3 adults.

Pros: Great location - very close to major train line and great food options super close. Perfect for group of 3 adults with the loft space adding a bit of privacy.

Cons: Rubbish was left in bags out the front for days at a time and there were rats around the entrance. There was a sewerage smell that came up a couple of times but went away after the window was opened. Heater didn’t work very well and would benefit from another mirror outside of the bathroom.

Great all round

Pros: Nice modern apartment with all necessary facilities for September heat. Very close to the heart of Shinjuku and the Yamanote line (which conveniently goes all the way to the Haneda airport monorail) Host was attentive offering extra help such as pickups from the airport. Had a comfortable stress free stay!

Pros: Perfect location to explore , easy to get around and lots in the immediate area also

Great accommodation in Shinjuku!

Pros: - Amazing vibrating area with all that you need (food shops, metro, 5 mins away from bars and clubs...). - The place is in a quiet street. Very quiet nights. Safe area. - Owners are ready to help you at anytime (they came to fix the internet as soon as I sent them a message through the app). - Great quality mattresses and pillows. Firm and comfy. Good quality duna. - Good for 3 adults, or 2 adults with 2 kids. - Space is a bit small but well optimised and fonctional. -Good and powerful hot shower water. - The upper space provide intimacy and allows to be with friends without permanently being side by side. - Washing machine helps a lot! It can even dry clothes for you! - Clean - They did efforts to provide good equipments :soap, shampoo, towels, washing machine detergents, vacuum cleaner, stock of toilet paper...

Cons: -I don't understand people that didn't like this place. Let's be fair. I don't think that you can find a better place for this price, in this area, with reliable owners like these ones.

Excellent apartment, great location, good value and lovely host. Highly recommend.

Pros: Great location, nice neighbourhood, comfortable for our family of 3, quiet at night but close to lots of restaurants and the station.

Cons: Only issue was arriving late at night and the apartment block was not clearly marked or defined in the English translated address. Some friendly locals helped and the owner was quick to respond so issue was resolved quickly.

Pros: Muito boa relação custo-benefício, bem localizado e confortável.

Cons: Lixeira comunitária fica na entrada do edifício, sempre lotada e suja.

Pros: -Amazing location, walking distance from the train station Shin-Okubo -Plenty of restaurants around

Cons: -Garbage containers left un emptied just outside the property

Pros: The location is excellent, the check in was very easy. The host was responsive.

Cons: The second bedroom is really an exposed loft with a low ceiling, and the two beds are mats on the floor.
