Wonderful cosy place

Pros: Great location. just a short walk from the metro. Bus stop is right in front too. Bed is comfortable. Sofa bed not so much. Facilities are great with washing machine and heated shower area for drying. not recommended for more than 3 persons. limited place for bags if you carry too many luggage

Cons: Wish the host collected rubbish often cause with all the Japan rubbish separation requirements quite hard to manage if you stay for many days

Pros: The early check-in is very convenient, and all the instructions for entering the apartment automatically are clearly explained. The staff responds very quickly to messages on Booking and they are very kind and understanding — I definitely recommend them! The waste-sorting instructions are also very clear. The accommodation looks exactly like the photos, although it felt a bit small. I stayed for one month on my own and found it very practical. The fact that the bathroom, the “kitchen,” and the bedroom/living area are all separated is a big plus.

Cons: For a one-month stay, I felt that a few more kitchen utensils would have been helpful, but for a shorter stay (especially if you don’t plan to cook much), it’s definitely more than enough.

Convenient

Pros: We liked that it was close to Meiji Jingu and reasonably close to public transport for the price. Access was easy with the code. Being able to log into our Netflix account was also a bonus.

Cons: The bowls, cups and plates are all plastic which are not nice to eat or drink from. As first time Japan visitors we needed more information about rubbish sorting but think we did ok. It also took us a while to get the hot water and washing machine working, but managed in the end.

Good location, clean and relatively spacious for JP standards.

Pros: Relatively spacious apartment compared to standard size in Tokyo. Short leisure walk to station Hatsudai, and lots of good value eateries around and convenience stores.

Cons: Not enough space / racks for hanging and drying clothes. No clothes dryer. Stairs are a little precarious for lil children.

Cons: The room was a bit too cramped a family of 4 with 4 suitcases.

Great apartment close to public transport. Very clean and well equipped.

Pros: The apartment was great with a small simply equipped kitchen. Bathroom laundry quite spacious. Washing machine easy to use. Bathroom also doubles as a drying room. Apartment is quite new and well cared for. The location was excellent with a choice of bus just outside or a short walk to the Hatsudai train station. Make sure to use GPS co-ordinates as instructed rather than street address when arriving. The local area has restaurants close by. Everything is very clean.

Pros: Great location, really close bus stop. Great apartment, nice washing machine! - the is not really were to put the wet clothes but there is a place with washing machines and good dryers!! Two minutes from the building

Pros: amazing apartments. It was clean, the room was very comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, as did the water heater, all hygiene products were included. The proximity to the metro is 500 meters, the area is pleasant. We liked everything very much 10 out of 10

Cons: It was problematic for us to deal with completely online registration, but this is our mistake
