Great value for money. Lovely host

Pros: The location was perfect with a bus stop just down the street. The host was really great as well and gave us some great recommendations.

Pros: Very calm and quiet place but close to Shibuya and Shinjuku. Very friendly host.

Cons: Not a problem for us but please be aware that the stairs up to the apartment are rather steep, so not suitable for disabled people.

Perfect place to start our stay in Tokyo

Pros: The accommodation was dated, but clean and tidy. I wasn't expecting much considering the cost and this place exceeded my expectations. Beds were comfortable, and fairly quiet at night and we got a good sleep. Jacob the host was excellent and even gave us some helpful hints on our arrival.

Cons: Nothing. although the steps are steep and narrow, it didn't worry us, but probably not for the very old with mobility issues
