Great housing for a family. Super convenient location close to Tokyo city centre.

Pros: The location was fantastic. Only a few minutes' walk to the station, and there are great options for restaurants, cafes and bars. We enjoyed sitting around the Kotatsu.

Cons: For us, a group of 9, it would be great to have a couple of extra bedrooms.

Pros: Proximity to subway, food choices and convenience stores. Also spacious for 4-6 people by Tokyo standards with 2 showers and 2 toilets. Can smoke outside balcony. Don’t worry about the flood of information the host sends you, everything is actually very straightforward

Cons: The master bedroom window curtain does not shield the morning sun and may the brightness may wake you up

A great location and a comfortable stay.

Pros: The location was extremely close to convenience stores and food. It was also extremely close to the train station, around a 2-minute walk. The rooms are also super spacious, a lot bigger than rooms in other Japanese hotels, there was enough room for all 5 of us to comfortably move around and spread out our luggage and use the amenities.

Pros: The apartment has ample space for the six of us. The bunk beds allowed each person privacy. Location was very convenient as it is near the train station.with shops just around the corner especially a convenience store. Very good washing machine too! The host was quick in responding to our messages and very helpful in allowing us early checkin as the apartment was available. Our group of six enjoyed our stay. Also, the key was a number combination which allowed members of our group to come and leave at own timings.

Cons: The mattress in the bedroom could use with a bit more support. Directions to use the kitchen facilities in English would be useful.

We loved this place – and felt like Tokyo-residents there!

Pros: We loved this place. We felt like Tokyo-residents – daily amendities, restaurants, metro ... everything was around the corner. Perfect for a city-stay in the heart of this fantastic city. Handover of keys was very easy, the service was fine, we received great suggestions from the Goten-team where to eat, where to shop. Thanks for the great opportunity to get to know the Japanese way of life.

Pros: Sangenjaya was such a beautiful surprise, we knew nothing about the location before we booked, but we loved it.

Pros: We absolutely loved the apartment! It’s spacious, beautiful, spotless, and tastefully decorated. The living room is large and welcoming, perfect for family time or just relaxing after a long day. The kitchen is well equipped with everything we needed. The location is also excellent – in a cool and pleasant neighborhood, with a 24/7 supermarket, a train station just a short walk away, and plenty of great restaurants and cafés nearby. A perfect stay – we’d definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!

Excellent apartment that allowed us to spread out a bit and relax each day after being out.

Pros: A great location within easy reach of transport and Shibuya. It felt spacious and welcoming and had everything we could need. Lots of cafes and restaurants close by and not too far to walk to some funky shopping areas to the north.
