Pros: Close to the Kitasenju station, which has multiple lines. Spacious and well furnished apartment. Comfortable western beds in a nice tatami room. Instructions are very clear. The washing machine is incredibly silent.

Cons: Narrow and steep staircase going up: if you're old and carrying luggage I can't recommend it. No curtain in the bathtub/shower. Odd lack of a lightbulb in the laundry/kitchen space, even though a switch is present. (There are lights over the kitchen counter and at the mirror by the laundry machine)

Pros: I liked how attentive the host was, my questions were answered very fast. There were English instructions on how to get to the house, and labels on the amenities like the remote controller and lights. I liked the quiet and easily accessible location.

Cons: The toilet was a little outdated, without a bidet.

Pros: Todo estuvo bien , la ubicación excelente , comodo , limpio , tradicional , buen precio .

Cons: Todo el departamento tenía impregnado un olor fuerte a comida , pero todo lo demás muy bien .

Heel fijn en ruim appartement in een rustiger deel van Tokyo

Pros: Het is een hele fijne locatie, zeker als je met een gezin reist. Het ligt in een rustige wijk waar wel alle faciliteiten zijn. En ligt dus buiten het hele drukke toeristische deel van Tokyo. Maar met een metro dichtbij ben je zo overal. Het appartement is erg ruim met meerdere kamers. Dit is heel fijn als je met een of meerdere kinderen reist. De bedden lagen ook goed en waren groot. Ook is de eigenaar vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Cons: Wij probeerde via Google Maps de ingang te vinden en dat was de eerste keer best lastig in de smalle straatjes, we werden naar de andere kant van het gebouw genavigeerd omdat die het verkeerd aangaf. Daarna was dit geen probleem meer toen we het gevonden hadden. De eigenaar is heel erg behulpzaam maar alle communicatie gaat in het Japans dus moest alles vertalen via Google Translate. Dit gaat nhelaas nog niet in Booking zelf.

Buena estadía, muy comoda

Pros: Es amplio, limpio y bien equipado, hay muchas tiendas como frutería, panadería y bares y la estación está a una distancia razonable.

Cons: La escalera para el segundo nivel son bien angostas y pequeñas, dificulta mucho subir con el equipaje.
