Pros: We had a thoroughly enjoyable and comfortable stay here. The location was very convenient – about 45 minutes from the airport and 45 minutes from Shinjuku station – and just behind a Family Mart, which made picking up essentials very easy. The house was beautifully decorated and fully open-concept, with two bedrooms spread across two floors. Each of the four beds was large and very comfortable. The open design did mean there were no doors, so we had to be mindful of keeping the volume down, but this was a small trade-off for how spacious and inviting it felt. The place was also extremely well-equipped: plenty of snacks, full laundry facilities, cleaning supplies, and multiple charging ports, which made the stay very convenient. Overall, a lovely balance of comfort, design, and practicality – we would happily stay here again.

Memorable and perfect place if you want to stay on a traditional home in tokyo Japan.
Pros: I liked the theme and location of the stay. Utensils and rooms are also clean and well maintained.
Cons: Not a major thing but the dryer doesn't really dry clothes. It will still need to be hanged or dried on the near laundry shop.

Comfortable 2 room apartment in a good location
Pros: - Good location, about 5 minutes walking from the Keisei Takasago station (however, JR pass is not applicable at this station which was a downside). Family mart and grocery store nearby - The host Akira-san was prompt at responding to messages and helped us with all our questions via message - Easy instructions to check in and entry to the apartment with code - Clean and comfortable apartment, beds pillows blankets everything was comfortable - Fully stocked kitchen with all cutlery needed, pots, pans, kettle, supplies like toilet paper and tissues provided, umbrellas provided. - Lots of space in the apartment - Good to have separate toilet and shower so multiple people can use at the same time
Cons: - Can feel like a lack of privacy since everything can be heard in the apartment, no doors between rooms - Stairs and floors creaking so can be noisy if your house mates are moving around a lot - For first floor residents, toilet was on the ground floor and shower on the first floor, ideally should be next to each other as done on the second floor

Emplacement idéal, calme, confort
Pros: Les salles de bains étaient vraiment très bien et les lits très confortables. La présence d'un konbini dans la rue et de la gare tout à côté : emplacement idéal et au calme.
Cons: Ayant décalé l'un des lits : en dessous ce n'était pas nettoyé (poussière, cheveux)

Esperienza favolosa! Lo consiglio!
Pros: La casa su tre piani si trova in un quartiere molto tranquillo, a 2 minuti dalla fermata metro, molto comodo. Ci sono alcuni market vicini per fare la spesa. Adatta a 2 famiglie con bambini, è sicuramente attrezzata con tutto il necessario. Molto utili la lavatrice e l'asciugatrice, ci sono istruzioni per tutto. L'host è veramente gentile, premuroso e disponibile, risponde in modo molto rapido per ogni esigenza. Aria condizionata in ogni piano. L'arredamento in tipico stile giapponese completa un'esperienza davvero bella!
Cons: Ho trovato le scale un po' strette e ripide, risulta poco agevole portare su le valigie pesanti, ma è una questione strutturale non migliorabile e alla fine trascurabile.
