Pros: Everything was as expected. The staff was helpful and kind. It's near two rail station and 30 minute walk from shinjuku center.

Cons: We had a little trouble finding the actual building as it is slightly hidden from the main road. There are too few shelves in the bathroom

Cons: Pas assez de chaises pour le nombre d'occupants (4 chaises pour 5 personnes), dont certaines en mauvais état. Les escaliers pour monter et descendre avec les valises.
