NEST HATAGAYA Stylish Apt

Acceptable basic, could be excellent if you take the suggestions into account

Pros: the location accessible to the train station ,restaurants and important sites, very clean

Cons: very small bathtub, no TV, no cleaning services during the stay, no Towels or bed linen available for change, The bed mattress needs to be renewed.

For short term and if you travel alone I can recommend it.

Pros: Great Location. Apartment was clean and has everything what you need in kitchen..

Cons: Maybe 2nd apartment was much bigger because the one I did get did not match what I did expect from photos because double bed took maybe 80% of bedroom space. I do think it should be one single bed in there. Not recommended for couples or people with tons of luggage. Front Door is not well sealed. So when you close it you can hear street noise and probably it is also a bad thing in winter.

Responsive host, good location

Pros: Our host was so lovely and responsive. He allowed us to borrow a beautiful new bike for our stay which made it so much easier for us. We also used the LUUP service for a second bike. Washing machine was great as well as balcony to dry the washing. The apartment was easy to access. Mostly we slept with the window open and only closed it if it got a bit noisy outside. This was about our 7th stay in Tokyo.

Cons: We had 6 nights, 2 nights would have been better for us in an apartment this size, and we had a lot of luggage (we’re on a 6 month trip). I needed a desk space to work so to get some space I just went to the library when needed. We didn’t cook or eat at the apartment even though we thought we would when we booked it, but we just wanted a bit more space at mealtimes.

Great to spend a few nights in between Shinjuku and Shibuya! Super clean and easy to find. Thanks!

Pros: The apartment is very clean, very easy to find and there are super detailed and helpful recommendations by the host! Everything was labelled in English (a/c, heating unit etc.), so it was all easy to understand.

Cons: The apartment can feel a little small (if you’re 2 people) after a few days, but that’s to be expexted in Tokyo, so all fine. The location, even though being perfectly located in Shibuya’s nice Hatagaya neighborhood, was sometimes a little hard to reach by public transport. We had an issue with our door lock being damaged prior to our arrival and the host didn‘t respond to our concerns during the time of stay.

Wonderful - well located, well-equipped.

Pros: The apartment was great - had everything you needed - washing machine, well-equipped kitchen, great internet, record player, comfortable, clean and with a very sweet little balcony. A perfect nest. The location is the best part - hatagaya is such a wonderful neighbourhood and. You are two seconds from great little izakayas, wine bars, cafes, a very sweet local sento and close to the metro. Honestly can’t find anything better for the price in Tokyo - would definitely stay again.

Go to Racco’s bar if you’re into rock or reggae music and want to get to know some locals!

Pros: Good location and size for value. It had everything we needed. Also, there’s a bar/izakaya very close by called Racco’s Burger, which turned out to be our favourite bar throughout our stay in Tokyo.

Cons: Nothing.

Gorgeous studio apartment in a great location!!

Pros: Clean and a great location. The heating in the shower was incredible !!!

Pros: Great layout, close to station, plenty of local shops and conviniences . room has plenty of natural light and doesn't feel clostrophobic despite the small size.

Cons: stairs are abit steep, but thats pretty standard in Japan.

Pros: Very nice stay. It has everything we need. The landlord is thoughtful. The location is quite nice for our schedule. It wasn't pleasant to drag our giant luggage from Hatagaya station to the place, but other than that, everything was great.

1,2人ぐらいなら丁度いい宿！

Pros: ひとり暮らしサイズって感じで思ったより狭いと最初は思いましたが、2人で泊まるならちょうどいいスペースでした！ 駅近で歩いて行ける距離にカラオケとかコンビニとか色々お店あるし全然不自由なかったです！

Cons: チェックイン時間もう少し早くなったらいいなーぐらいです！
