Pros: It was very easy to find and the locks on the door were great

Cons: I have issues with the tumble style locks where the key was but figured it out eventually

Fine accommodation

Pros: Place was absolutely fine, nothing special. Bed and bathroom, and kitchenette. Pretty close to all the action in shibuya but still pretty quiet in its location

Cons: It really is just a room. No added info on things to do eat ect. No staff to ask or help if needed.

Good for the price

Pros: If you want to stay in Shibuya on a budget, it was fine. It has a little kitchenette, so we could make breakfast and prepare our lunch. It’s small, but that’s ‘normal’ for Tokyo. It was also very clean, which suited us fine.

Cons: It’s in a bit of a seedy part of Shibuya (lots of strip clubs & love hotels). One day we had to leave the building at 5:30am and boy was that an eye opener!! Lots of drunk ‘youngans’ stumbling home after an all nighter. Quite funny to see! Also, as soon as you enter the apartment, make sure they have left you with the right necessities. They didn’t supply us with enough toilet paper, a tea towel, the bath drain was blocked and the toilet light globe didn’t work. But they promptly fixed the issues.

Comfortable and clean apartment in the action of Shibuya.

Pros: Location was short walk to the scramble with lots of activity and nightlife. Great comfortable bed. Good little kitchenette. Good heating. Laundry. No reception, easy directions for self check-in. Good communication.

Cons: All good.

Pros: Loved the location and bathroom/shower. The bed was warm Dark room Very quiet at night Shower Amenities were provided Clear lockbox instructions

Cons: The bed was very firm The pillows were uncomfortable (very thin) No hand soap or hand towel was provided It is small No staff on site from what I could tell

Great location and comfy bed

Pros: Really excellent location near Shibuya Scramble Crossing, yet nicely quiet for a peaceful night. The bed was very comfortable!

Pros: Great location! Washing machine included (not that we used it) plus other great amenities and air con!

Cons: Bed was hard but that is typical for japan. Construction was going on outside of building so our balcony view was full of scaffolding but not the end of the world
