Pros: Very convenient location, clean & comfortable room, flexible & kind host

Pros: A great location for Shibuya. The host was very accomodating and ensured I was able to get the keys, they were also very flexible with check-in and check-out time. Offering the PDF file with absolutely everything you need about the apartment is such a nice touch and very helpful. Very much appreciated the warm welcome, it was a wonderful stay.

Cons: This was not so much an issue for me, but people should be aware that it can be quite noisy outside, particularly on weekends. It is a busy area and there are lots of fun restaurants and bars around, so just a heads up if anyone is a light sleeper ;^)

Pros: Amazing location right in the heart of Shibuya. The host made me feel very welcome with a personalized note and even allowed early check-in after my morning arrival. The apartment is compact but has everything you need and it’s really convenient.

Pros: Apartment was clean and centrally located. Very comfy and had everything and more that you needed for a stay. Our host was so kind and left us a sweet message on arrival.

Pros: You don't go to Tokyo to spend time in your room - so the fact this is quite a small and compact place isn't really that important as it has all the facilities you need - decent shower, cooking etc You do have to be a bit careful if like us you are both over 6ft (6ft 1 and 6ft 4) as there is not a lot of space in the main room - think of it as a studio flat - so you need to be tidy so you can move things around while you repack etc. BUT you are close to Shibuya station (note it is slightly uphill if you are pushing suitcases) and there are masses of restuarants in the odd little area of eateries and 'dodgy' hotels but we always felt safe on the streets. Convenience shops very close. Very useful to have a washing/drying machine (even if you have to Google the instructions) The hosts were absolutely fantastic at communication and response. They left a good description of the facilities in the flat along with Tokyo guides etc.

Cons: No English speaking channels on the TV but it has Netflix etc so it is not the hosts fault. Cleaning could be a bit better - a few stray black head hairs(not mine and my wife is blonde!) and a bit of dust especially in the toilet but it is all fine really. Oddly I quite liked the discipline of being in a small space as it makes you understand the constrictions of being a Tokyo living person. The main space has a bed and floor sofa in the 8ft*11ft ish space with an entry corridor that has the cooker/toaster/fridge and a toilet/bathroom.

Pros: It was a pleasure staying at this apartment. Masa is a wonderful and friendly host. He also allowed us to check in at 8am and welcomed us with a sweet written message. The apartment is perfect for the 2 of us and was thoughtfully furnished to have everything you could possibly need during your stay (lint roller, washing and dryer + detergent, toilet amenities, Netflix, Nintendo switch, travel adapter, mouthwash, cooking appliances, wifi + portable wifi etc). The apartment is clean, wifi is good and bed is comfy. Excellent location, it was a 5min walk from the shibuya station and minutes from the heart of shibuya.

Would 100% stay here again!

Pros: The room was clean, in a great location, and came with everything we needed including mobile internet! Masa was available at all times via message, and the room guide helped us to make our way easily from Narita airport. Thank you Masa for an amazing stay, we hope to be back someday soon!

Amazing location and communication

Pros: What a great spot! Definitely the location was the highlight being a short walk from Shibuya station. Masaya was a great host and communication was also a highlight here.

Cons: The apartment was cosy, but within expected size for Tokyo.
