Pros: There was plenty of room for our family of five, it was clean and it was conveniently located to several train stations, convenient stores and restaurants.

Cons: The beds and pillows weren’t very comfortable and the bath towels were too small & thin.

Pros: Great location, easy to navigate to Shinjuku main area & station.

Cons: Was a little noisy at night; perhaps there was a club or just someone who liked their music. But it wasn’t a problem.
