JINGHOUSE小岩 Direct to Shinjuku/airport/close to station

Excellent stay, worth it.

Pros: Its value for money. Close proximity to the station.

Cons: Nothing much to complaint.

Convenient, comfortable and tidy

Pros: Less than 10 minute walk to station. Convenience stores close by. Very soft comfortable beds and nice and clean apartment. Would stay again

Jinghouse my beloved

Pros: We loved our stay in Jinghouse. It's close to the JR station, so it's easy to get to the center of Tokyo. The neighbour is quiet, but has a good selection of bars for an evening outing. The washing machine in the room and the dryer in the lobby were extremely helpful during our week and a half stay. The staff was very nice and helpful. They answered our questions almost immediately. I recommend it very much! :)

Cons: The room is quite small for 6 people - especially the sofa bed. You need to be squeezed at night to fit it properly, as the mattress tends to shift off of the bed. We didn't mind it, but keep it in mind when you're booking ;)

Good apartment on the east edge of Tokyo

Pros: Comfortable and clean apartment for Tokyo standards, albeit can feel a little small at times even for just 2 people. Host was responsive to questions. 10min walk from Koiwa JR station, not an issue as you can do konbini/supermarket runs along the way. Note there are stairs if you get a room on the 2nd floor or above (if you have heavy luggage). Slightly more travel time to Tokyo's center and west, but if it suits your needs and budget, it is recommended.

Great location, comfortable size & good value for money in Tokyo!

Pros: Our second time staying here. Good location within a 10 minute walk to Koiwa station & the shopping centre. The Chuo line connects to evrything & is only 35 minutes from Disney if that's of interest to you. Nearby konbini's & a supermarket just down the main rod that's open until midnight is very handy. It is simple , comfortable & with all of the basic amenities one may need for a short or long stay. It is quiet in the area with a small police station nearby as well.

Cons: Beds were getting to the well used stage, still comfortable but may be due for a replacement. Not great window cover so hard to keep early the sunlight out on the odd day we wanted to sleep in.

Good and easy stay

Pros: Easy check-in and check-out. Communication with the facilitator is clear and replies quickly. I requested last minute for late check-out extension, and the facilitator obliged with fee, which is worth it. The room has complete facilities and a fast internet connection. Nice bed, and the curtain privacy division was nice. Recommended for budget trips and for on-the-go travellers.

Cons: For a group of 6 people, it was a bit cramped, especially if you're bringing in large suitcases. So bare in mind if you're going shopping and you may need more space. We stayed on the ground floor, so it wasn't a hassle since there is no lift going up stairs. You will also be walking through koiwa and shin-koiwa station for a good 10mins, depending on your pace.

Pros: Good size for family Near to station Value for money

Cons: Lack of bin bags in bin Kitchen cooking pots and pans were not good condition.

Great comfortable apartment

Pros: Easy to find and close to the station, convenience stores and restaurants.

Pros: Koiwa is an excellent place to live in an explore Tokyo and surroundings. With frequent rail connections and ample dining choices, we had fabulous five days at a huge discount. .

Cons: No of toilet paper rolls available.

Great place to stay. Locations great with good places to eat nearby. Room was clean and hosts were wonderful

Pros: Great location, very accommodating hosts. Decent sized room which was clean and had everything we needed. Good food shops close by.
