203 Koiwa Private House

Pros: We stayed for a month, the host was very responsive and friendly. The place is a very well equipped living space with the essentials of kitchen, stove, hood, microwave, washing machine, fridge and freezer, vacuum cleaner, rice cooker…etc. There are * toilet seat was with heating and washing. * Bathtub for showering. * Air conditioner with heating for winter. * Small HD tv with channels. * Location is near many convenient stores, supermarkets, pharmacy and eateries. Buses available at koiwa station to go Disney sea! *Donki, Seria, Daiso are all near the Koiwa station. * 10-15mins walk to Koiwa train station. * Extra security with the main glass door at the ground lobby locked. Only residence can enter. * Umbrellas are available for use too. The Unit was able to withstand the minor earthquake tremors in 8Dec2025.

Cons: Like every house there are things not perfect. We are a family of three, so it's a bit small for us. There is insufficient hooks for clothes in both toilets. The remote was spoilt and I had to keep climbing up to on/off the ceiling light, hope the host gets it rectify. The electrical cables for the internet ethernet cable runs out into the balcony; the cable is clamped by the sliding door when open and close. The balcony clothes hanger wasn't that accessible, cos the small table blocked the door, it would be good if the hanger could be installed higher.

価格、設備、立地においてかなり良い。

Pros: ・駅が近い。小岩駅の改札まで徒歩7分 ・コンビニが近い ・素泊まりで長期滞在できる。設備など生活品などまで充分に備わっている。 ・静かで自宅にいるようなプライベート感がある。

Cons: ほぼ無い。強いて言うなら ・トイレが狭い。大柄な人は窮屈かもしれない。

Pros: It was quiet area and public bus running to train station.

Cons: It was hard to carrying suite case to go up a narrow stairs up to third floor.
