The room did not take away from my overall experience in Tokyo, but rather made it better.

Pros: I never met the owner, but I didn't need to as everything was provided for and in good quality. The bed was big and came with an air conditioner above it so sleeping wasn't too bad in the summer.

Cons: I couldn't find info on power outlets until I arrived. There are two pinned outlets around the room and some 3 pin outlets by the kitchen, japanese outlets only so make sure to bring an adapter if you haven't already.

Pros: Location is good, walking distance to major metro station(s). Appartment is very clean. All listed facilities are clean and in excellent condition.

Cons: No lift. It can be hard to go upstairs to the 3rd floor with heavy luggage. No WIFI on premises. Instead they advise to use free wifi app, but again - no wifi on premises.
