Value for money and a good location

Pros: The location was great - a short subway ride from Shinjuku. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed.

Cons: It was a little small for five people - fine for the price and we were out all day so it wasn't a huge issue.

Super appart-hotel

Pros: L'appartement est nickel : très fonctionnel, la douche est très bien et les lits sont biens. Possibilité de faire une machine. Impeccable. L'hôte est très réactif et très gentil !

Cons: Pas grand chose. La seule chose négative serait l'absence d'ascenseur donc si vous avez de grosses valises, bon courage !

Pros: Très bon rapport qualité / prix pour tokyo, l'appartement est propre et très bien équipé , il y a tout ce dont vous avez besoin . Bon emplacement aussi, juste un trajet en bus jusqu'à la gare de shinjuku. Il y a des magasins pratiques à proximité. »

Cons: Prévoir de laisser un torchon à disposition pour la vaisselle

Value for money

Pros: Value for money, clean place, got everything you need to be comfortable. Good location too, just a bus ride to shinjuku station. There are Convenient stores nearby.

Cons: No elevator, unit is located in the 4th floor. Aside from this, stay was very pleasant.

Pros: Localização boa, a 15 minutos de uma estação de metrô e muitos mercados próximos do hotel. O espaço é bem aconchegante e preparado, camas bem confortáveis e inclusive achei até o local espaçoso. A experiência foi muito boa!

Great location, nice little unit.

Pros: Good location right by a bus stop a couple minutes away from Shinjuku station. Convenience stores and grocery stores right down the street, and some nice coffee shops in the neighborhood.

Cons: A little cramped for 3 travelers, but that is to be expected for Tokyo.

Great relaxing stay with amazing beds & beautiful shower.

Pros: Location was great, about a 10-12 minute walk from 2 train stations. A bunch of convenience stores and a great super market just down the road. Great water pressure in the shower. We also loved the privacy curtains in our unit. The size was perfect for 3 adults. Kitchen was fully equipped.

Cons: The stairs were challenging after a long day, also quite warm in the stairwell during our stay, as it was hot outside.

除了每天要上下4樓不方便及距離地鐵站稍遠。其他所有的住宿設備及入住的體驗皆很棒。

Pros: 1。衛浴設備很舒服、每天回來都能舒服的泡澡、解除1天的疲勞。 2。有簡易廚房提供簡單的煮食、自由行的這幾天能在超市購買喜歡的食物做料理。 3。冰箱、微波烤箱爐、洗衣機，生活日常設備一應俱全。 4。周遭有很多便利商店、以及1家超商，能夠提供很便利的購買

Cons: 1。空間稍小，其中靠廚房的一張床的床框架與走道太近，每次通過時腳很容易踢到。 2。住宿在4樓，沒有電梯，住宿地點離地鐵站稍遠，約1KM的距離。
