A very pleasant comfortable stay.

Pros: The location was a family friendly neighbourhood. Quiet and safe. Good supermarket. A 15 minute walk to station but the footpath is flat so it was a pleasant walk. We were a family of six it was small but still comfortable. Would defiintely stay there again.

Cons: There was no NETFLIX or English speaking channel options on the Television. We were happy to pay extra for the service but there was no option to do so.

Excellent apartment, great value for money

Pros: The property was spacious and very well equiped. 15 to 20 minute walk to Ayasa station, which became a pleasent daily stroll for us when going out to explore Tokyo. We would definitely stay here again if we were to return to Tokyo

Pros: Very large unit, we were so surprised at the size, being used to miniscule lodgings in Tokyo. Unit is very clean, and more than fully equipped, with a clean working kitchen, a great bath, separate toilet, and a functional washing machine. There are several convenience stores nearby, from where we bought provisions for cooking/heating and preparing complete meals. Owner is very responsive and replies to queries promptly. Provided clear instructions on how to access the unit.

Cons: Long walking distance from the nearest train station, which includes going up and down a walkway/pedestrian overpass. We had a bit of difficulty pushing and pulling our luggages. The trains, which passed frequently until midnight, can also be loud and distracting, but we knew about this beforehand. Nevertheless it was interesting for a while to watch the trains coming and going. The rice cooker (or was it the microwave oven, I can't remember) wasn't functioning. Good thing we could buy cooked rice from 711.

Pros: The location is excellent, small but plenty of room for a comfortable short stay. Left an iPad behind and they promptly offered to have to delivered to my next address.

Very Lucky to have found This Place

Pros: Loved the town/city of Ayase that this accommodation is located in. The apartment itself is clean, close to transport & very comfortable, great value for money for a family of 5 Australians with every convenience at it's doorstep. We are hoping to visit again soon.

Clean, tidy and amazing view

Pros: Since we were at the 7th floor, the view was wonderful, being able to see Sky Tree Tower from the living room was amazing There was a minor issue where we di t have enough duvets and the sofa bed was very uncomfortable, however the host were super quick to respond and fixed any issues we had in speed, lovley Clean and tidy place

Cons: Sleeping sofa was very hard and uncomfortable, had to get another mattress for it
