Comfortable stay, if you don’t mind some hair on the floor

Pros: Modern building, calm and quiet neighbourhood, comfortable, good location, responsive staff

Cons: I had trouble with getting in at first, but the staff helped me. As mentioned in the other reviews, the room had hair on the floor when I arrived, but overall, everything else was clean.

Truly incredible

Pros: The apartment was incredible! The size and price compared to Tokyo is something you can’t find. The train station that connects to the green line was about 15 minutes walk, and there is also 5 minute walk to another train station that with the Shinjuku line. The neighborhood was quiet and very nice to walk in. There is also a restaurant street quite close. I couldn’t recommend enough, there is also a kitchen and a washing machine. Very recommended!!

Cons: A bit far away from the train station(15 min walk)

Pros: Location was just great! Downstairs was a cafe with a delightful barista, Kim. Delicious coffee and impeccable service

Pros: The location is good, near to 3 train lines. Surrounded by many restaurants, but at night it's very quiet

I loveee ittt

Pros: The room itself is really nice and the balcony is just perfect. It also near Shimo-Ochiai Station which is very convenient when traveling.

Cons: Everything is great except the fact the we had problems opening the key box, since we were provided with a wrong code. Thus, I recommend people to confirm the code for the key box with the host before your arrival.

Cons: It will be better if the main light have the option to be dimmed.

Pros: There are rows of sakura along the river, but unfortunately we arrived earlier than its blooming time. The place is clean and the neighborhood is quiet. It's a good 10 to 14 minutes walk to Takanobaba Station with a lot of restaurants and store along the way.

Cons: The only thing missing is, there are no slippers in the airbnb.

Pros: The apartment had all the amenities we wanted! Bed was comfortable! We liked very much the neighborhood! It is close to train station and has a lot of small restaurants with delicious food on the way to train station!! It is also very close to shopping area and food market!! We had a pleasant stay!!

Cons: it was clean overall, yet it had some spots that could have been more clean. but we didn’t mind!
