The room was very clean and modern and I would stay here again.

Pros: I liked having the ability to wash and dry clothes.

Cons: The cable to set up the TV was missing.

Cozy lil spot, comfy bed.

Pros: This place was very cozy. 2 trains within 6 or 12 minute walk. Easy to find and to get into. The bed was cozy and not too hard. Water was hot! It also has a laundry machine, but we didn't need it.

Cons: The apartment was very cold when we got there. Someone had left the windows cracked open and it was snowing out. The heater takes a few minutes to respond. We thought it was broken at first but it finally turned on after about 10 (freezing) minutes. We had no other issues the rest of the trip though. We do wish there were more pillows and an extra blanket.

Pros: Квартирка небольшая, но уютная. Много спальных мест - кровать и 2 раскладные софы. Большой телевизор. Кухонька оборудована хорошо. Туалет, как и положено в Японии со всеми удобствами: подогрев, подмыв. Все работает как надо. Хороший вайфай. Довольно тихо - не слышно ни соседей, ни шума с улицы. Хозяин быстро реагировал на наши вопросы.

Cons: Маловато посуды на кухне. До станции Такаданобаба около 12 минут ходьбы.
