Pros: It's clean and we did have a comfortable stay. It's spacious and we were able to open all our 4 luggages. The host responds quickly to inquiries.

Pros: 距離京城高砂車站很近，附近有吉野家等吃東西很方便，往住宿地路上有AEON小型超市還有全家，車站對面還有大型超市跟大創，客餐廳很大，行李箱攤開沒問題，有四張床，我與家人一人一張不用擠,家內設施都齊全，暖氣很暖，冬天很需要

Cons: 床頭沒有插座可以充電，充電設備必須放在走廊上或是1樓客廳，設備無法近身，對於日本的垃圾分類還是不懂，住了六天幾乎都外面吃，難免還是會買超市的，但食物包裝塑膠盒類，對於台灣是可以回收的，但查了資訊日本只有分可燃不可燃，導致垃圾還是滿了一袋，幸虧還有垃圾袋可換，如果長期住，垃圾減量是個課題。
