Pros: Right above Golden Gai, it’s good for people who wants to drink there.

Cons: Will be noisy if you do not drink or wants to sleep early.

Pros: Room: Very clean, change of linen after 3 days of stay, provided extra towels and tissues, bed very comfortable, room and bathrooom very spacious Location: Near family mart, within walking distance of multiple stations within Shinjuku area. Host: Very responsive and clear communication.

Golden Gai Sweet Spot

Pros: Love the location. We were in the middle of the Golden Gai area. It was busy at night and lots of interesting small bars and izakaya style places. So close to other food places if we preferred the regular ramen, burgers, katsudon, food chain (Mos or McDonalds) and a great many other varieties to choose from. Shopping area. Close to Shinjuku Station for getting around other places. The place was cosy but clean. Had a balcony, washing machine, small heater and air-conditioning, small kitchen. Good water pressure for shower. Clean linen provided. And surprisingly, we couldn't hear the noise of the bars downstairs, so we had a really good sleep when we stayed there.

Loved the location and facilities!

Pros: Facilities were complete and very useful during our stay for 4 nights, very good value for money. The host was responsive and replied within 1-2 hours after I asked about instructions for the washing machine and heater.

Cons: We heard people talking outside on the street in the middle of the night so this disturbed our sleep a little, but I guess this couldn’t be helped! The hot water supply was a bit inconsistent but this was just a minor issue.

Pros: Owner is really helpful! Forgot my sunglasses and he kept it in the box easy for me to pick up later. Location is amazing. Walking distance from Shinjuku station. Nice perk is that you can stream on the TV which is nice after a long day.

Cons: Nothing. Recommend 10/10

Pros: If you want to spent few evenings (after every landmark closes at 5pm) next to the best places for going out, this is your accomodation.

Overall a pleasant stay—clean, accessible, and highly recommended for our friends.

Pros: The place was clean, accessible, and had YouTube for us to relax with after our tours. We had a great stay.

Fantastic experience

Pros: Fantastic stay! Incredible location, and despite being right in golden gai, this unit felt private and tucked away. Self check-in was incredibly easy. very close to subway stations and so many bars and restaurants. Great value and fast replies from staff This unit would be great for anyone travelling to tokyo- we would definitely stay here again
