Pros: Very happy with the space, enough for 2 big suitcases + 1 handcarry.

Cons: Slight walk to the closest station but otherwise location is great, 3 minutes from Golden Gai

Pros: It was a nice place, price in line with the quality. Good location to see tokyo from. Cleanly and comfortable enough. Airconditioning worked well.

Cons: Some things were a bit too short, but that was to be expected in japan as someone of 195cm.

Nos encantó la ubicación!

Pros: La ubicación es excelente: restaurantes, trenes, tiendas, etc cerca. Las indicaciones para llegar son buenas y es fácil entrar al hospedaje. Hay servicio de lavandería (pagado aparte) que es muy bueno y fácil de usar. El espacio está bien para estancia corta.

Cons: Al parecer es una especie de estancia de estudiantes o similar, por lo que puede ser algo ruidoso en las noches. No es grave igual.

Perfect location for New Years in Shinjuku

Pros: Well situated near Thermae Yu, Golden Gai, Shinjuku Station, shopping mall, and much more. The beds were very comfortable and host was nice.

Great value stay in an excellent location with great facilities!

Pros: Although the room isn’t big, it was bigger than expected from previous reviews. The location was excellent in close walking distance to several metro stops and a bus stop right outside which we used several times. It was also great to have access to the washing/drying machine and the room even had an iron which we used a few times.

Cons: The only criticism is that the dish towel wasn’t clean when we checked in as we found some hairs in it.
