Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is super convenient. Train station & convenience store right below it.

Cons: Room a bit small for me. To be fair, I'm claustrophobic, so it could just be my own problem. I upgraded and the staff was super helpful.

Pros: Helpful staff who allowed us to check in to our room early. Comfortable, quiet room with a particularly nice bathroom and excellent pyjamas!

Cons: The restaurant was pretty crowded at breakfast time irrespective of when we arrived.

Pros: Great room, super quiet. The blackout blinds made for excellent sleeping! Nice breakfadt. Great location to access public transport.

Nice stay at Odaiba

Pros: One of the best breakfast. The cook from the omelette station was amazing. The location was good, even if not in the center. Two métro station less than 3 minutes walk. Service was good and helpfull.

Cons: The laundry was a little small.

Cons: Beds were large and comfortable, but due to their size, they reduce the space for us to move around.

Pros: Breakfast was good. The hotel was spotless clean, they changed towels and linen without request. Staff was kind and helpful

Cons: The room was tiny for 3 people. We asked and arranged an upgrade and we got a much better room for a few euros per night

Very good & value for money.

Pros: Very good breakfast with lot of choices. The food varieties change a bit everyday. The staff are helpful. The place is convenient & very near two metro stations, namely Kokusai-tenjijō Station & Ariake Sta. There are 6 coined washing machines with washing liquid included.

Cons: The restaurant is a bit small so need to wait for 10-15 min for seating in the morning busy hours. The drying function of the washing machines is not effective & better dry the clothes by itself as the room is already quite dry. I paid ¥300 each for 30 min for 3 times and my clothes do not get dry yet.

Classic Hilton, good if you need to stay in this area

Pros: Comfortable room and good size for Tokyo. Breakfast was great. Friendly and helpful staff. Location was easy access to airport.

Cons: Not a lot of food options nearby if you are after Japanese food. Really loud traffic noise from the busy highway from street racing cars on a Saturday night - although this would depend on which way the room faces
