住宿期間設備故障導致沒熱水可以使用，但房東很快就協助處理，隔天就可正常使用。

Pros: 設備齊全微波爐、冰箱、瓦斯爐、鍋具可供建議烹調。晾衣架、衣架、洗衣機、洗衣精都有，可以省下不少帶衣服的空間。

Cons: 房間在二樓，需要搬行李上樓。（但不高，樓梯不小，不算困難）房間只有一間有暖氣設備，另一間沒有，雖然中間拉門不關可以互通，但對於朋友出行需要個人空間時較不方便。小間房間的陽台窗戶無法上鎖，可能需要房東協助維修。

Pros: Le logement est parfait pour un maximum de quatre personnes et est idéalement équipé. Le fait qu'il soit à 5mins à pieds de la station Higashi Shinjuku est génial mais également a seulement 20mins à pieds de Shinjuku même. Un 7-eleven juste à la sortie de la station de métro permet également de faire ses petites emplettes du matin ou du soir. Les explications de l'hôte sont très claires et permettent une arrivée dans les meilleures conditions.

Cons: Juste un point sur la salle de bain qui mériterait une petite rénovation au niveau de la distribution d'eau avec l'ajout d'un mitigeur et la pose de sanitaires japonais.
