Wonderful stay

Pros: It is spacious, facilities are quite complete, considered near to train station. There’s even dryer in the toilet.

Cons: The check in process quite difficult to understand especially for foreigners. There is no iron provided

Pros: We stayed a week in the apartment. The apartment is as in the pictures but small size. Corresponds for a couple. All amenities worked and are explained in the guide to the apartment. The subway and bus station are close by. Convenience store and big supermarket are close by. Good value for the price. Location is close to Sinjuku station.

Cons: There is noise from the street, even with closed windows. The space is small, meaning luckily we were only a couple for an apartment that could accommodate potentially 5-6 persons. No possibility to send your luggage, or leave it before or after check-in.

Great Stay!!!...

Pros: Everything was perfect from location to apartment size as per tokyo standard and amenities in the apartment!!! Appreciate the detailed instructions provided for self check in process as well as usage of devices in apartment... Also we faced issue while checking in and they were just a call away in providing us assistance.!!... Best place to stay with family especially with kids...Presence of elevator makes it more convenient with all the luggage..

Cons: Basic toiletries such as hand wash and shower gel were not refilled before our stay...

Loved this place and super accomodating hosts.

Pros: The apartment itself was very cozy and a good start to our Japan experience. The host was very reachable and went a step further to help us check-in early, this was very kind of them considering we had a child with us.The apartment has enough bedding if you need, there is more available in the cupboard. Towels were soft and bedsheets were very crisp and clean. Location is great to get around. Definitely recommend this place!!!

Cons: Nothing that I didn't like.
