Spacious, comfortable and perfectly located.

Pros: Our stay at the apartment was extremely comfortable. The location is fantastic — only a very short walk from a station on the Yamanote Line, which made it incredibly easy to reach all the popular places around Tokyo. The building has a secure entrance and a lift, which we really appreciated with our luggage. The apartment itself felt like a home away from home — clean, comfortable and very well equipped. Communication with the owner was excellent, and they kindly provided a portable Wi-Fi device free of charge for our entire stay. The space is large and offers plenty of room for people and suitcases, which is a huge plus compared to typical small hotel rooms. The value for money is excellent. We didn’t cook during our stay, but the kitchen has everything needed if you choose to. Highly recommend staying here!

Cons: Only a small suggestion as we travelled with teenagers — there was just one mirror in the bathroom. A full-length mirror near the entrance would be a great addition.

Value for Money, close to Yamanote station

Pros: Easy check-in process. Top floor property, can see some Tokyo suburban skyline. Very spacious property with 3 bedrooms, and have plenty of space to park our luggages. Property is a bit old which is not a major thing for us. Landlord communicated with us much earlier on the check in process and even share to us the area’s food shop, drug store, convenient shops and even police contact info. Operation manual are available when having difficulty to understand Japanese language. The toilet is amazing, I enjoyed all the functions available. Property allows to cook which is a big plus. Utensils are also available to use. We can wash our clothes with the Washing machine and dry our clothes under the air conditioner blowing warm air out, dry our clothes in no time. Location is very close to Komagome station of the famous Yamanote line, easy walk 5-7 minutes. Along the way there are plenty of shops to visit.

Cons: Heating from the air conditioner are available in each room but not in the living room. The living room, toilet, laundry room and the shower room can get cold if all the bedrooms’ door closed. Again, not a major thing during our stay. There was some smell from the drain but it disappears the next day.

Pros: Very close to train station. The owner was very kind to let us extend the check out time without extra charge. Umbrellas available for rainy days. The rooms were spacious.
